Hours of fun for all the family from a funny Chinese department store on lower Broadway, at the cost of a mere $8.50.

Are you actively trying to turn him to a new+age hippy? Oe are you hoping he gets over that phase by the time he grows up?

I'm trying to subvert the industry that thrives on implying I'm the world's worst parent if I don't spend a gazilion dollars on educational videos, colored fluffy blocks, music-appreciation classes, baby yoga and playmats that play Bach in response to baby dribble. It's brightly, colored, it tinkles, it moves. What more could you want (if you're six weeks old)?

Saw the video, know the store, but can we have sound? that would complete the movie starring the 2005 Oscoliver winner. Special effects - voluntary!

Um, you might try turning up the volume on your speakers?

But if he grows up stupid now, you'll have yourselves to blame.

movie is cute. simple toys are the best. They build imagination. Think about when you give a young child a present, what is the thing they uually play with the most. The wrapping or the box or the ribbon. you're doing great.
Phillip, I really like "Grandpa over the Pond"
very cute!

The sweetest thing I ever saw was my dad, holding my two-month-old neice, up to the tuned wind chimes in our living room. The sound fascinated her, and now it's something *all* the grandkids ask for. Not the computer, the TV, the bazillion toys on the shelves dedicated just to them - they want their grandfather to lift them to the windchimes.

You have a beautiful baby.

Let's go to the tape, shot by new dad Matthew (congrats, btw) of his son Oliver being hypnotized by an $8.50 windchime purchased at a Chinatown department store. [could it be the Great Wall on the NE corner of Canal & Broadway?] Note the sweet product ...
